Welcome to DigitalPlat US.KG! We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free *.us.kg domain name registrations. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Non-Profit Organization
   DigitalPlat US.KG operates as a non-profit organization. We provide free domain registration services to promote internet accessibility for all. While we welcome all types of websites, our open registration policy means that we do not perform content or usage reviews prior to registration.
2. Service Availability and Liability
   Due to the nature of our free services, we do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or reliability of our domain registration services. Users are responsible for all aspects of their domain usage. DigitalPlat US.KG is not liable for any issues arising from the use of our services.
3. User Responsibility
   Users are fully responsible for any content hosted on their domains and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Any problems, including legal issues, must be addressed by the user.
4. Prohibited Activities
   We reserve the right to delete or suspend any domain that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

Circumventing system restrictions to register domains illegally.
Abusing domain name registration.
Hosting content related to criminal activities.
Providing false or deceptive information during registration (including KYC procedures).

5. Domain Deletion and Suspension
   While we aim to communicate with domain owners before taking action, the following policies apply:

We will make every effort to contact the domain owner via email, SMS, or other means before deleting or suspending a domain.
If we cannot reach the domain owner or do not receive a response, or if the domain is being used for criminal activities or egregious policy violations, we may proceed with deletion or suspension without further notice.
We reserve the right to delete or suspend any domain immediately if it is being used for criminal activities or poses a significant threat to public safety.
